HARBOUR® is a proprietary Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that has, as its core features, Applicant Tracking and Content Management modules. It was conceived and built by the founder directors of 3D MarComms Ltd as a direct result of the frustration they, and clients they worked with, found trying to work with (and ultimately around) established ATS products that simply proved to be un-fit for purpose in meeting ever evolving corporate recruiting needs.
