How much & for how long?

The cost is £430 (£494.50 inc.VAT) – and that's for 3 months. After that you can extend the hosting 3 months at a time at a cost of £330 (£379.50 inc. VAT). Once you've finished with your requirement for the system we'll burn the data to a disc and send it recorded mail to you – or any other way you require.

How to get started

Step 1: Upload the information we need

At the bottom of this page click on the 'sign up now' button and you'll be taken through to a page where you'll need to load your details and that of a job we can create the ATS around. For this you'll need to attach:

• A job advert/description (the detail that the applicant will see).
• Your company logo (as a .png, .jpeg or .gif file).
• You can also add a document that sets out your initial application form requirements if you want any changes from our default templates (download them from the right of this screen).

Please note: If you're looking to use this facility for more than one job then please load up an initial role and application form details - we can then work with you to load the others once your account is established.

Step 2: Payment

Whilst we're running the system through its Beta Live phase we're offering this facility for free. So get in touch and  we'll happily provide you with a promotional voucher code that you simply input on the sign up page to get a free ATS for 3 months.

Step 3: We call you back within the next 24 hours

You'll need to be sitting next to a computer with internet access (the faster the better) so we can run you through your HARBOUR® instant ATS facility using screen sharing software.

Step 4: You place your advert(s) live

We will show you how easy it is to place your jobs with your chosen job boards using the appropriate application URLs to ensure effective response monitoring.

Step 5: Process your applications as they come in

With easy mass candidate communication through your dedicated system email address and the ability to efficiently manage candidates even down to interview scheduling through the ATS, it won't be long before you'll struggle to remember exactly how you ever managed before.
